About Us Herbal Line'a was founded by Asa Linne'a Simonsson in 1998 inspired by her family and her ancestors that have been in the alternative health and organic farming business for generations.

Herbal Line'a is a small company specialising in Natural, Herbal and Aromatherapy products. Everything is handmade in our workshop in Brick Lane, London, where we also spend a great deal of time researching and sourcing high quality ingredients for our products. Only natural raw materials are selected and most of them are organic or wild crafted. We create our own original recipies and as a result very many of our products are unique, not only in their creation but also in their presentation. We do not use animal, mineral or petroleum products and as a result everything is environmentally friendly.
None of our products (or those of our suppliers) or their ingredients have been tested on animals.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Personal cheques should be made out to Herbal Line'a.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail, or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
All Postage and Packing charges will be calculated automatically for you when you confirm your order. We use Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Parcel Force.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally despatch your order within 3 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
Stock damaged in transit.
Please notify us within 24 hours of reciept and keep the damaged goods in case we need them returned. We will then arrange to credit you or replace the stock item.

All other returns.
Please notify us before stock is returned. We will arrange the return with you. If stock is returned in the same perfect condition it was sent out in, we can credit you or swap the stock. Due to the nature of the stock this must be within 2 weeks.
