Luxurious Relaxing Milk Bath
The most relaxing of the oils, known for their balancing and calming effect on the mind and body. Lavender and geranium, create the most tranquil of bathing experiences. You can also use part of your milk-bath as a facemask by combining about a teaspoon of the milk powder with a little water in the palm of your hand. Gently apply this to your face, avoiding the delicate eye area and leave for approximately 10 minutes. When the mask has dried, remove it using first warm water and then ending with refreshing cold water. This will leave your skin feeling cleansed and softened at the same time. Both of these milk-baths are especially good for dry and delicate skin.
